With over 3 decades of clinical nursing experience in critical care and watching individuals get sicker not healthier, including myself, I made the choice to work towards healing myself. For years I have struggled with excess toxic weight, autoimmune and hormonal imbalances, and the deep belief I would never feel better physically or emotionally. Moreover, after being initially introduced to SHAPE’s nutritional protocol nearly 3 years ago, I resisted! A year ago, I threw up my hands, at a loss of what to do next after my autoimmune and menopause symptoms worsened, I made the commitment to myself and my SHAPE Practitioner to take the next step towards a healthier me.
