cottage cheese

unsweetened almond milk

cup
whey protein powder

tsp
baking powder
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Let sit 5 minutes.
In a hot non-stick skillet, pour small amount of batter, about 3 in. diameter.
Let cook for 30-60 seconds and flip when ready.
