Ingredients
 

  • 8 oz tuna water-packed can or pouch, drained
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles, finely diced no added sugar or food coloring
  • 3 Tbsp red onion, minced
  • 1/2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

1 serving = 4 oz protein
Enjoy with celery sticks, cucumber slices, in a lettuce wrap or with crackers.
