Tuna SaladPrint Recipe
- 8 oz tuna water-packed can or pouch, drained
- 1/4 cup celery, finely diced
- 1/4 cup dill pickles, finely diced no added sugar or food coloring
- 3 Tbsp red onion, minced
- 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
1 serving = 4 oz protein Enjoy with celery sticks, cucumber slices, in a lettuce wrap or with crackers.
