Ingredients
Marinade
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos or Bragg Liquid Aminos or tamari soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp Xylitol
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
- 1 Tbsp water
Sauce
- 1 Tbsp arrowroot powder
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
Marinade
- Stir together all marinade ingredients and pour over protein (chicken, beef, fish, tofu).
- Marinate 15-30 minutes.
Sauce
- Stir together all marinade ingredients plus additional water and arrowroot powder.
- Heat in a sauce pan over medium and allow to thicken.
- Pour over cooked protein or vegetables or use as cooking liquid.
