Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
 

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 glove garlic cloves minced
  • 4 cups fresh spinach chopped
  • 12 oz jar artichoke hearts chopped
  • 3 pieces green onions sliced
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • pinch turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • couple pinches red pepper flakes
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Paprika and green onion for garnish

Instructions

  • Sauté garlic until fragrant add in spinach and artichokes, when the spinach is cooked down add in all other ingredients.
  • Garnish with paprika and green onion
