Slow Cooker Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts
- 1 24 oz jar salsa no added sugar
For Serving
- 8 large lettuce leaves
- Greek yogurt
- hot sauce optional
- fresh cilantro optional
- lime wedges optional
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, add chicken breasts and salsa. Cook on high for 4 hours (low for 8).
- Remove chicken and shred with a fork. Add back to slow cooker and stir to incorporate cooking juices.
- Spoon chicken onto lettuce leaves and top with yogurt, hot sauce and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
