Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients
 

  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth or water
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 8 oz shrimp
  • 1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • pinch red pepper flakes
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, add broth and garlic and heat on medium.
  • Add shrimp, salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until shrimp is pink and liquid is reduced.
  • Stir in lemon juice and fresh parsley.
