Ingredients
 

  • 4 teaspoons ground mustard
  • 4 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground thyme
  • 3 teaspoons basil
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 pounds ground beef or turkey
  • 2 eggs
  • 45 blue diamond nut thins
  • 2 cans green chilis
  • ¼ cup onions
  • 1/8 cup minced garlic

Instructions

  • Combine the dry spices in a small bowl and mix them well.
  • Crush the nut thins in the food processor
  • Combine the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  • Shape into a loaf and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Notes

Sprinkle smoked paprika on the top of the loaf before baking (optional)
