Before COVID, we held a SHAPE ReClaimed symposium every year. Our last annual symposium was in 2019, and after the pandemic interruption, we were finally able to gather again in 2023.
We planned to continue annually in 2024, but registration was so low that we had to make the very difficult decision to cancel before becoming financially obligated under our hotel contract. Afterward, we heard from many practitioners who were upset because they had been “planning to attend.”
Unfortunately, plans and good intentions are not registrations. We cannot make contractual and financial commitments based on the number of people who may attend.
Even after that difficult experience, practitioners continued asking us to bring back the symposiums.
Once again, we listened.
In May, we announced YOU CAN’T MEASURE WHAT WE PREVENT Health Conference, taking place March 18–20, 2027. We shared it again in June, July and August, and are placing it in front of you once more and will continue encouraging you to attend.
This conference goes far above and beyond anything we have ever hosted. We are bringing together internationally respected leaders in holistic and preventive healthcare for three extraordinary days of education, inspiration and connection.
Healthcare professionals will also have the opportunity to earn 20 continuing education hours.
We hope you’ll understand that we’re sharing this from the heart. We are pouring an extraordinary amount of time, energy, resources, and love into creating what we believe will be an epic event, with our SHAPE ReClaimed practitioners especially in mind. To date, only 24 of our active practitioners have committed to joining us.
To those 24 practitioners, thank you. Your early commitment means more to us than you know.
We genuinely expected to see a much higher percentage of our SHAPE family committed to participating by now. So many of you encouraged us to bring this conference back, and we listened. That’s why we’ll admit we’re a little surprised and disappointed that registrations have been slower than we anticipated now that the opportunity is here.

The current registration fee is $450 through September 30. On October 1, it increases to $500.
