Sauteed Chard with Garlic and OnionPrint Recipe
- 4 cups chard swiss or rainbow
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 1/2 cup broth or water
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- juice of 1 lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
- In a skillet, add chard, garlic, onion, broth and apple cider vnegar. Saute 5-10 minutes.
- Top with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
1 serving = 2 cups vegetable
