Sauteed Chard with Garlic and Onion

Ingredients
 

  • 4 cups chard swiss or rainbow
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup broth or water
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a skillet, add chard, garlic, onion, broth and apple cider vnegar. Saute 5-10 minutes.
  • Top with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

1 serving = 2 cups vegetable
