Ingredients
- 1 cup tomato diced
- 1 cup onion diced
- 1 jalapeno seeded
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- Celtic sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients and let marinate covered in the refrigerator overnight.
- For smoother salsa, blend in a blender, food processor or with an immersion blender.
