Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup tomato diced
  • 1 cup onion diced
  • 1 jalapeno seeded
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • Celtic sea salt to taste

Instructions

  • Mix together all ingredients and let marinate covered in the refrigerator overnight.
  • For smoother salsa, blend in a blender, food processor or with an immersion blender.
