Roasted MushroomsPrint Recipe
- 4 cups mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 2 cloves garlic sliced
- 1 tsp rosemary fresh or dried
- 1 tsp sage fresh or dried
- 1/4 cup parsley fresh or dried
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large baking dish, add mushrooms, broth, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Bake 40 minutes and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
