Ingredients
 

  • 4 cups mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 cloves garlic sliced
  • 1 tsp rosemary fresh or dried
  • 1 tsp sage fresh or dried
  • 1/4 cup parsley fresh or dried
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large baking dish, add mushrooms, broth, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
  • Bake 40 minutes and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.

1 serving = 2 cups vegetable
