I browned ground chicken with onions and garlic. Added taco seasoning and Chipotle powder, sautéed 5 minutes. Added about 3 handfuls of copped kale. Once kale softened poured into a pot and added chicken stock to cover. Added a little extra taco seasoning and few shots of Frank's. Topped off my bowl with a squirt of lime and fresh cilantro.
For a crunch - add Nut Thins or another SHAPE approved cracker.
