Ingredients
 

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup whey protein powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Let sit 5 minutes.
  • In a hot non-stick skillet, pour small amount of batter, about 3 in. diameter.
  • Let cook for 30-60 seconds and flip when ready.
