We are a comprehensive wellness facility which offers Shape ReClaimed as our flagship support program. Our owner Jen is not just an enthusiastic practitioner but she is also a patient of the program having lost 61 lbs and supported her health in many ways so far. Her goal over all is to lose 200 lbs and completely heal her digestive system and immune system. We also offer nutritional health coaching, kinesiology, massage, mental health counseling, biofeedback, ion cleansing and education for the community and professionals.
