I have been an RN for 39 years working with patients regaining their health through exercise and lifestyle changes. I have been a SHAPE practitioner since 2018. I have completed a Doctorate in Natural Health, as well as a master’s degree in Christian Counseling and Life Coaching. I focus my practice on health and wellness coaching including diet, nutrition, exercise and mental wellness. I also offer Red-Light therapy and InBody body composition scans.
