Hi! I’m Sherilyn Long. I am a Master Herbalist, Licensed Massage Therapist, Life Coach, and Hypnotherapist and the owner of Idaho Therapeutic Massage. I offer herbal and hands on massage therapy, herbal consulting, face analysis, life coaching services for individuals with chronic inflammation and autoimmune conditions. As a person who has overcome autoimmune, chronic inflammation, brain fog and neurotoxicity leading to limited use of my hands, I understand what it’s like to be sick and tired of being sick and tired. I also understand what it is like to regain my energy, brain function and mobility. There is always hope! I am delighted to now offer SHAPE ReClaimed along with my other services to my clients who are detoxifying, whether they have breast implant illness, healing from toxic dentistry, trauma or other sources of inflammation. Healing happens inside and out–body,soul, mind and spirit! This is why the combination of herbal consulting and life coaching/hypnotherapy for in-person or remote clients and the herbal therapeutic massage for in person clients works really well! Whether you are low on energy, dealing with chronic pain and inflammation, have a “sensitive system,” or feel like your body has turned against you, I am here to make your journey a little easier and support you on your road to healing!
