At The Natural Path – Restorative Wellness, healing is sacred.

Led by Kelly Murray, a Certified Traditional Naturopath, Life Coach and Brainspotting Practitioner, her faith-based practice offers a sanctuary for those seeking restoration of mind, body, and spirit. With a heart refined through personal experience and a calling rooted in Christ, Kelly weaves together holistic care, natural medicine, and somatic therapy to support deep emotional healing and vibrant wellness.

Our services include individualized wellness consultations, brainspotting therapy, nutritional and lifestyle guidance, homeopathy, and scripturally aligned soul care. Whether you’re navigating trauma, chronic stress, or simply longing to reclaim your identity and inner peace, The Natural Path provides a gentle, truth-filled space to be seen, supported, and strengthened.

As a person who has overcome symptoms of autoimmune, chronic inflammation, brain fog and toxicity, Kelly understands what it’s like to be sick and tired of being sick and tired. She also understands what it is like to regain energy and brain function, and is excited love to share with the world that there is hope!

As a practitioner, she is thrilled to offer SHAPE ReClaimed along with other services to her clients, believing we all carry a toxic load, and from young to old, we have the ability to detoxify. Whether her clients are struggling with symptoms of breast implant illness, are in need of healing support from trauma/PTSD, struggle in their learning abilities, or are amidst the “fun-zone’ of menopause, and/or the many other sources of chronic inflammation, SHAPE ReClaimed assists in providing that hope, including the amazing side effect of weight release.

Whether you are low on energy, dealing with chronic pain and inflammation, or just feel like your body has turned against you, Kelly believes that healing is sacred, and feels blessed to walk beside those along those struggling,
providing hope on their restoration journeys.
