If you don’t feel great, there are reasons. My role is to educate and empower you to reach your goals so you get well, stay well and feel great. I’m a Board Certified Functional Wellness Coach, helping people unsatisfied with their health by guiding them through the process of change.
Through 1-on-1 coaching and group classes, I approach wellness by addressing the following 7 pillars of health: Whole foods, Sleep, Stress perception, Movement, Fun, Spirituality, Trauma.
Each of these areas are interconnected, and every individual will focus on different areas depending on his or her needs at the time. I do not believe in a one-size fits all lifestyle. I believe in empowering YOU to listen to your own body and make decisions based on how you feel and want your life to look.
