I serve women who have struggled with life-long weight issues. After a cancer diagnosis in 2019, I knew I had to change my life or I wouldn’t have a life. I took responsibility for the condition of my health, I changed my diet, I changed the stress in my life, and I changed the way I work out. By making these changes, I am happy to say that I am now almost 4 years cancer free, I have more energy than I have had in years, and I have lost 57 lbs.

I decided to go back to school to become a Health Coach, a Nutritional Health Practitioner and a SHAPE ReClaimed Practitioner to help others who have struggled with their health, so that they never have to hear those dreaded words, “you have cancer.”
