Panfakes – SHAPE ReClaimed

Filling

4 oz Greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon extract
Monk fruit to taste

Instructions

Filling

Mix ingredients together and freeze for 2-5 minutes for the filling to stiffen.
You can also use a piping bag to fill your panfakes.

Serve with fruit and sprinkle of cinnamon
