Ingredients
 

  • 2 - 5 oz cans tuna
  • 7 oz greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • celery seed
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 4 slices flax seed bread
  • 4 slices goat cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices tomato

Instructions

  • Combine tuna, celery, onion, yogurt, celery seed, salt and pepper.
  • Heat a large skillet over low heat.
  • Spray skillet with oil, and place 2 slices of bread on top.
  • Top bread with cheese, then tuna salad and tomato. Cook on low heat until cheese melts and bread gets toasty.
  • Serve immediately.
