3. Should issues occur, we will do our very best to address and correct as quickly as possible.
4. We ask that you double check each order before submitting. Should you have any questions or need clarity, please call us at 636-484-844 before submitting to avoid additional order challenges. We will continue being your direct Customer Service Support.
5. If paying by ACH, please double & triple check your routing and account number and choose whether your account is personal or business. This saves a ton of back end correction for us both.
6. If paying with CC, please double check account #, expiration and CVV.
7. ACH saves you the 3% surcharge fee. Choose wisely!
8. Saving your payment method in the system eliminates errors for future orders.
9. All orders will be shipped with our company name on the label with Kaerwell’s Orlando return address.
10. All orders will be shipped the same day if received by 2 pm EST – Monday through Friday. Any orders after 2 pm EST will ship the next business day.

For those who have an retail shopping cart account with Kaerwell in order to dropship SHAPE and other supplements to your patients/clients, that will remain the same. While some of you have expressed some frustration with their customer service, the majority have had nothing but a wonderful relationship.
