Ingredients
- 1 cup green cabbage, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup onion
- 1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- SweetLeaf SteviaClear, to taste
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl.
- Refrigerate overnight.
Notes
Serve with crackers or over a taco salad.
