Naked Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
 

  • 1 lb chicken breast tenderloins
  • 2 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper Optional
  • olive oil cooking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Mix together all dried spices.
  • Coat each chicken tender with dried spices.
  • Spritz a parchment-lined baking sheet with cooking spray and evenly space chicken tenders.
  • Bake 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Notes

1 serving = 4 oz protein
Serve with Ranch Dressing or Honey Mustard Sauce/Dressing.
