Seasons change and SHAPE is ever-evolving!
While we are still in the midst of dead winter here in the Northwoods, we are excited to welcome spring bulbs peeking their sweet heads out of the snow. To all those who submitted their annual admin fee, we thank you. Over the past 12 months, we revamped the home page of our website, added educational information regarding GLP-1’s, added 85+ new recipes, rolled out a whole new marketing portfolio, created new template letters, continued offering each to advertise themselves on our website and so much more. Your $10 a month ($120 annually) helps to cover our annual IT expense to offer such a comprehensive website to help you educate your patients/clients and grow a successful SHAPE Program.
While Dr. Todd and Linda get away for a winter vacation, Mar 7th – Mar 20th Dr. Beth will be handling all practitioner patient/client support. Please contact her at 630-699-5714. Thanks for your grace while Dr. Todd and Linda refuel their tanks!

Dr. Colton Kaminski lives just 2 hours south and reached out to see if he and his 2 oldest sons could enjoy “MAN DAY” in the Northwoods. What a joy to have these gentlemen spend the night, watch them have a blast playing in the snow, chow together (as many of you know my favorite thing is feeding the ones I love) and play Milwaukee Brewers board baseball! I wish you all could have heard the laughter and cheering! – Linda
Visit to Kaerwell
Dr. Todd and Linda had the chance to tour our Kaerwell Fulfillment Warehouse! What an experience!!! From the moment they receive our orders by email, every step is handled smooth as silk. The technology behind how they manage shipping approximately 50,000 packages per month for all their fulfillment customers is fascinating.
Our challenge is always with the shipping carriers. Once packages leave their facility, we are at the mercy of USPS, Fed Ex and UPS. Unfortunately, their level of care and efficiency has declined steadily and not only is it frustrating for our practitioners, it is equally as frustrating for us and Kaerwell!
Please, please…stay ahead of your product needs. Order extra so you are not faced with the disappointment of not receiving your order in a timely fashion. Quite often, orders are placed at the last minute and again, we cannot control what happens after your order leaves Kaerwell.
