Italian Chicken DipPrint Recipe
- 16 oz chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce premade in jar or homemade (see link in recipe notes)
- 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- olive oil cooking spray
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix well.
- Spritz a baking dish with cooking spray and spoon in chicken mixture and bake 45-60 minutes.
