Indian Spiced SpinachPrint Recipe
- 2 Tbsp onion minced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth or water
- 1/8 tsp cumin
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp turmeric
- pinch fresh grated ginger
- pinch ground coriander
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups spinach
- Saute onion in broth and spices until translucent.
- Add spinach and stir gently until cooked.
- Add melted butter or ghee.
- Stir in chunks of paneer cheese to make palak paneer, a traditional Indian dish.
