Honey Mustard Sauce/Dressing

Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp Xylitol or 10 drops SweetLeaf SteviaClear
- 1 tsp Celtic sea salt
- pinch cayenne optional
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until xylitol is dissolved.
- Add water, if desired, to reach desired consistency (thicker for sauce, thinner for dressing)
Notes
For a thicker, creamier texture, add 4 Tbsp Greek yogurt or pureed cottage cheese.
