Herbed Asparagus

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Tbsp onion minced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup broth or water
  • 2 cups asparagus
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, saute onion, garlic and Italian seasoning in broth for about one minute.
  • Add the asparagus and cook until tender.
  • Top with lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper.

1 serving = 2 cups vegetable
