Grilled Hamburger Lettuce Wrap with “Big Mac” Sauce

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 leaves large green leaf lettuce
  • 1-2 tomatoes sliced
  • red onion
  • pickles

Big Mac Sauce

  • 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pickles
  • 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
  • Pinch crushed red pepper
  • pinch salt
  • Stevia optional


  • In a small bowl, stir together salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Set aside.
  • Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions, and form each into a patty.
  • Sprinkle both sides of each patty with the seasoning mixture.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and fry the burgers 8–10 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  • While burgers are cooking, mix together the “Big Mac” Sauce in a small bowl.
  • Once burgers are cooked, remove from heat.
  • Assemble the lettuce wraps by starting with one large piece of lettuce, then topping with the burger patty, a slice of tomato, pickle, red onion and a dollop of “Big Mac” sauce.
