- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 cups cauliflower rice
- 1 15 oz can green beans, drained
- 1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 24 oz jar pasta sauce
- 1 Tbsp Celtic sea salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
- In a large skillet, saute beef, onion, bell pepper and garlic until meat is browned.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer 15 minutes.
