French Onion Soup

Ingredients
 

  • 4 cups beef broth divided
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cups onion thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Celtic sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp thyme

Instructions

  • In a sauce pan, add 1/2 cup beef broth, balsamic, onion and garlic. Cook until onions are soft.
  • Add remaining beef broth and seasonings and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to low and cover. Let simmer 20 minutes.

Notes

1 serving = 2 cups vegetable
