French Onion Soup

Ingredients
- 4 cups beef broth divided
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 cups onion thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tsp Celtic sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp thyme
Instructions
- In a sauce pan, add 1/2 cup beef broth, balsamic, onion and garlic. Cook until onions are soft.
- Add remaining beef broth and seasonings and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and cover. Let simmer 20 minutes.

1 serving = 2 cups vegetable
