Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 ½ cup arrowroot flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 5 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons canned coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Directions: Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Spray muffin top pan with cooking spray. Divide batter equally into the 6 wells. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
