Stephanie presented to our office weighing 360 pounds with hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, and chronic pain that caused severe limitations in mobility such that she could only work on one client per day as a hairdresser.
After 3 days on the SHAPE Program, she was able to work longer and after 2 weeks was working full days. Steph lost 19 pounds the first week and has now lost 140 pounds in 22 weeks.
After initially requiring only 8 oz protein with the 4 cups of vegetables and 2 servings of fruit, as Stephanie’s daily activities have increased, she is now eating 16 oz of protein, 5 cups of vegetables and 2 fruits daily while continuing to lose weight. She has had resolution of her hypertension and type 2 diabetes, as well as her chronic pain. She has also lost over 150 inches with the 140 pounds.

This case study’s results are self-evident and yet I still after all this time am amazed at the SHAPE Program’s ability to change lives. This program was built for my wife Linda as she struggled with menopausal weight gain. Never in my wildest dreams did we suspect what has unfolded.
