Supplementation: Initial

  • T-150 (thyroid support)

I used the SHAPE Program to help inflammation and also removed nightshade veggies, which helped joint pain as well. She started at 24 July 2014. Got down to 165 in January 2015. Her inflammation is tremendously better. She said she has her life back. She had potatoes over the Christmas holiday and had severe reaction with her fingers being inflamed. She has kept her weight off till this day. She feels better. Unfortunately, she hasn’t continued the gut healing protocol to further help her rheumatoid arthritis. I hear through many clients that know her that she is still maintaining her weight. She stays away from gluten, dairy and nightshade veggies because they cause too much joint pain still. She is in a much better place.

Dr. Todd’s Teaching Assessment

As we all now know, the SHAPE Program was developed to help the menopausal female (my wife Linda) to lose weight. We quickly began to see the additional beneficial efforts (anti-inflammatory, immuno-enhancing, detox). The above patient suffered from all these problems. 80 pounds of toxic, inflammatory, immune-suppressive fat was removed from her body. Of equal importance, however, were the additional therapies used to further support the patient in her goal of reaching better health. Never stop learning. Never stop searching for better ways to help your patient. Great job, Darci!
