Important Practitioner Responsibilities
In order to stay compliant with our liability insurance company, we need ALL practitioners, even those who recently joined the SHAPE family, to renew Professional Agreements and send us updated/current credentials. Please read through our NEW 2024 Agreement as there are some important changes. Annual Admin Fee Due Feb 15th
In our 14 years as a national program, we have not required annual fees but times have changed. The time has come to implement an annual admin fee of $120 (equivalent of $10/month) and will be due no later than Feb 15th of each year.

This annual fee will allow us to continue expert support for our robust SHAPE website which includes staying up-to-date with the latest technology, evolving to meet ever-changing user needs, support hosting expenses, license renewals, maintenance (this is a constant, massive & never-ending project), maintain practitioner listing in FAP, managing feature additions & enhancements, back-up & security, product ordering support and constant content updates.
