Creamy Strawberry VinaigrettePrint Recipe
- 1 cup strawberries
- 2 Tbsp red onion, minced
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- water as needed
- Place all the ingredients into a food processor or blender.
- Blend until smooth. Add water to reach desired consistency.
- Keep refrigerated and use within 7 to 10 days.
