Connie's Crab Cakes

  • 3 - 6 oz can real wild caught crab meat (not imitation)
  • 20 nut thins crushed in food processor
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onions
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes


  • Mix all the ingredients together then make into 12 crab cakes. Place on a cooking sheet sprayed with olive oil. Place in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes until golden brown.


Sauce:  Equal parts of cottage cheese and Greek yogurt blend in food processor until creamy1 teaspoon of SHAPE approved chili seasoning mix.  Mix together and serve with the crab cakes.
