Connie's Chicken Lo Mein

Ingredients
 

  • 2 lbs Chicken Breast Chopped into small pieces
  • 2 packages Palmini Noodles
  • 1 bag broccoli cole slaw
  • 1 onion sliced thin
  • Coconut aminos
  • Chinese 5 spice

Instructions

  • In a saucepan sauté chicken breast in coconut aminos. Soak the palmini noodles in milk for at least 10 minutes. Rinse before adding it to the pan. Add all the vegetables and stir fry until desired doneness. Add more coconut aminos and Chinese 5 spice.
