Chinese Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
 

  • 8 oz chicken breast cooked and cubed
  • 3 cups cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup bell pepper diced
  • 2 Tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 4 Tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos or coconut aminos or tamari soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp green onion sliced plus more for garnish
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • pinch red pepper flakes
  • SweetLeaf Stevia to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Bibb or leaf lettuce for serving
  • sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  • Mix together all ingredients and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
  • Spoon mixture onto lettuce leaves and sprinkle with additional green onion and sesame seeds.
