Chinese Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
- 8 oz chicken breast cooked and cubed
- 3 cups cabbage shredded
- 1 cup bell pepper diced
- 2 Tbsp Greek yogurt
- 4 Tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos or coconut aminos or tamari soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 4 Tbsp green onion sliced plus more for garnish
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- pinch red pepper flakes
- SweetLeaf Stevia to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- Bibb or leaf lettuce for serving
- sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
- Spoon mixture onto lettuce leaves and sprinkle with additional green onion and sesame seeds.
