Chicken Shawarma

Ingredients
Chicken
- 8 oz chicken breasts pounded flat
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- Celtic sea salt, to taste
- 1 cup onion sliced
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- olive or coconut oil cooking spray
Yogurt Sauce
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Celtic sea salt
- 1/4 cup cucumber grated
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with dry spices. (Refrigerate overnight for best flavor.)
- Spritz a skillet with cooking spray and add chicken and onions. Cook on medium-low until chicken is cooked through, then add lemon juice.
- Mix together all yogurt sauce ingredients and serve with chicken.
