Chicken Salsa Bake

  • 2 lbs of boneless skinless chicken tenders
  • 1 jar salsa or salsa verde
  • 2 bags riced cauliflower
  • 2 colored peppers chopped
  • ½ onion chopped
  • Flavorgod taco seasoning * see notes
  • 1 cup Grated sheep cheese - optional


  • Directions
  • In a 9X13 pan place the chicken tenders, pour the salsa over the top chicken cover with foil. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 45 to 60 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. While the chicken is baking sauté the peppers, onions and riced cauliflower in a pan on top the stove. Add a couple tablespoons of the taco seasoning to taste. Serve the chicken over the riced cauliflower. Top with sheep cheese (optional).
