Ingredients
 

  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 10 drops SweetLeaf SteviaClear
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 8 oz chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup apple, diced

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together yogurt, vinegar, stevia, salt and pepper.
  • Add chicken, celery and apple and mix until evenly coated.
  • Refrigerate at least 30 minutes (best overnight) before serving.

Notes

1 serving = 4 oz protein, 1/4 serving fruit
