Chicken Egg Drop Soup

  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup Bragg Liquid Aminos or coconut aminos or tamari soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 2 egg whites lightly beaten
  • 8 cups cabbage shredded
  • 1 small zucchini grated
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 lb chicken breast cooked and shredded


  • In a large stock pot, add broth, Bragg Liquid Aminos, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  • Slowly drizzle egg whites into broth while stirring constantly in a figure-8 motion.
  • Add cabbage, zucchini, onion and garlic. Reduce heat and simmer until cabbage is tender.
  • Add chicken during last few minutes of cooking and heat through.
