Ingredients
 

  • 4 oz chicken breast
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/4 tsp Celtic sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • water

Instructions

  • Poach chicken in boiling water.
  • Remove from heat, drain, and slice into small pieces.
  • Mix together vinegar, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and pepper.
  • Top mixed greens with cooked chicken, blackberries and vinegar mixture.
