Ingredients
- 4 oz white fish or shrimp
- 3 Tbsp lemon or lime juice
- 1/2 cup tomato diced
- 1 Tbsp jalapeno chopped
- 1 Tbsp onion chopped
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- fresh cilantro chopped
- dash hot sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Steam the fish or shrimp.
- In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
- Add fish or shrimp and refrigerate overnight.
Notes
1 serving = 4 oz protein, 1/2 cup vegetable Phase II Variation: Serve over cream cheese for a vegetable dip.
