Ingredients
- 4 oz white fish
- juice of 1 lemon
- 16 Nut Thins finely crushed or rice crackers
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- pinch cayenne pepper
- pinch thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
- fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine cracker crumbs and spices.
- Dip fish in lemon juice and coat with crumb mixture.
- Bake 20 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
