Ingredients
 

  • 4 oz white fish
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 16 Nut Thins finely crushed or rice crackers
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • pinch thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine cracker crumbs and spices.
  • Dip fish in lemon juice and coat with crumb mixture.
  • Bake 20 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley.
