Cabbage Steaks

Ingredients
 

  • 1 large head green cabbage
  • olive oil cooking spray
  • 1 tsp Celtic sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Remove outer leaf. With a large knife, cut cabbage from top to base into 3/4 inch-thick "steaks."
  • Spritz each steak on both sides with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Place steaks on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Roast until tender, about 30 minutes. flipping once.

Notes

1 serving = 2 cups vegetable
