Ingredients
 

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
  • 2 Tbsp green onion, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Steam broccoli until very soft and drain.
  • In a food processor, add broccoli and remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

1 serving = 1/2 cup vegetable
Try with raw vegetables or crackers.
