Broccomole (Guacamole)Print Recipe
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup water
- 2 Tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
- 2 Tbsp green onion, sliced
- 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Steam broccoli until very soft and drain.
- In a food processor, add broccoli and remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Serve warm.
1 serving = 1/2 cup vegetable Try with raw vegetables or crackers.
